This policy explains how the personal data of visitors to randyguine.com is collected and processed. We take the protection of your privacy seriously and process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP / nLPD) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
Randy Guine, Rte de Prilly 21, 1023 Crissier, Switzerland. For any question about your data: contact[at]randyguine.com.
Data collected and purposes
1. Contact form
When you write to us through the form, we collect your name, your email address, your company name (optional) and the content of your message. This data is used solely to handle and answer your request. Delivery is handled by the provider Web3Forms. Legal basis: your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures. Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, then reasonable archiving.
2. Audience measurement — Meta Pixel
With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure site traffic and the effectiveness of any advertising campaigns. It records technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages viewed) and sets cookies. This pixel only loads after you accept through the consent banner; if you decline, no data is sent to Meta. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
In the same way, and again with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to produce anonymised traffic statistics (page views, source, device). Like the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics only loads after you accept and is managed through Google Tag Manager. Legal basis: your consent, revocable at any time.
Also with your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to analyse navigation (heatmaps and anonymised session replays) in order to improve the usability of the site. Clarity masks sensitive content by default (input fields, emails) and only loads after you accept, through Google Tag Manager. Legal basis: your consent, revocable at any time.
3. Technical logs
Our host (Vercel) keeps connection logs (IP address, technical data) for security and for the proper functioning of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies and consent
The site does not use non-essential cookies without your agreement. The Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies, and only after acceptance. Your choice (accept or decline) is stored locally in your browser. You can change it at any time:
Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by the following providers, strictly within the purposes set out above:
- Web3Forms — delivery of contact form messages
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — audience measurement and advertising (if consented)
- Google Ireland Ltd — audience measurement via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (if consented)
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd — navigation analysis via Microsoft Clarity (if consented)
- Vercel Inc. — site hosting
- Infomaniak Network SA — domain name and email
Transfers outside Switzerland / the EU
Some providers (Vercel, Meta, Google, Microsoft) are established in the United States. Any data transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
Under the FADP and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact[at]randyguine.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, Switzerland) or with the supervisory authority of your country within the EU.
External links
The site links to third-party platforms (Stan Store, social networks) which have their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.
